At CocoBeach our handbags come from some of the top distributors in China. Before we ever list a handbag, every piece in the delivery is hand inspected with all 5 senses for quality control purposes.
We confidently provide a nice item, but it's our opinion that clients shouldn't have to keep fashion pieces they won't use in the long run. As long as you decide within 14 days, just pay your shipping label and we'll issue a full refund as soon as your item is received in unused, unworn condition.

Returns are accepted on all handbags as long as:
the item was not marked as final sale
no more than 14 days have passed since delivery
item is in unused condition with original packaging
no evidence of smoke, pet, or other environmental damage
buyer pays return shipping
Returns are processed immediately upon arrival at our facility. We process returns M-F 9-6. The refund will be issued within 48 hours of acceptance to the original payment method. Please note, just like any other refund, you may experience between 2-14 days delay due to banking systems.
